45 stands are released in Phase 1,
26 Stands in Phase 2 and
51 in Intaba West , which is Phase 3 and comprises of a separate Estate.

We sell building packages and have a selection of 9 stands that offer the purchaser a custom design option on which our Architect will create a customized design catering for your needs within the design vernacular of the estate. It is not possible to buy a stand only.

6 months post registration of your stand. We commence building your home post registration.
WHAT ARE THE LEVIES ?
Intaba was envisioned to be run efficiently with a minimal levy. Home owners contribute to maintenance, security and insurance of the common areas. The initial levy is R 900 per month for the homes and R1000 for the apartments which compares favourably with similar estates in Nelspruit.
CAN I MAKE MY HOUSE BIGGER ?
The unit Types have been carefully designed and placed on the stands, should you require a larger or custom footprint you must select one of the various Bespoke stands that are available.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE INTERIOR OF MY HOUSE?
We offer a standard colour pallette designed for style and sure to fit your needs. Should none of our pallettes strike you you are able to select custom design as an optional extra.
WHO MANAGES THE ESTATE ?
Homeowners will become members of the Home Owners Association who will ultimately manage the Estate.
